1. COD Order Confirmation
- Cash on Delivery: COD orders require a 20% advance payment for confirmation. Our team will contact you to assist with the payment process. Orders will be processed only after the advance payment is received.
2. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline
- Dispatch: Dispatch timelines vary by products. Ready items ship within 48–72 hours, while made-to-order pieces may take longer. You can also refer to the delivery timeline by entering your pincode to get an estimated delivery date for your order or WhatsApp us on 8856046779.
- Delivery: Delivery timelines vary by product type. Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch (excluding weekends), while larger items like furniture may take longer. 3. Serviceable Areas & Delivery Partners
We deliver to over 19,000 pin codes across India using trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.
- Some pin codes or areas may require additional charges or may not be serviceable. Please contact us for confirmation.
- Orders to the North-East and Jammu & Kashmir regions will incur an additional charge (Rs 250/-) and must be prepaid.
