Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Bare Boho Living, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless and stress-free. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process:

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timeline

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Dispatched within 48–72 hours.

  • Made-to-Order Products: Requires 15-25 days for delivery. You can enter your pincode on the product page to check the estimated delivery date for your order.

  • Standard Delivery: Usually takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, excluding weekends and public holidays. Larger items such as furniture may take longer.

  • Handmade Paintings: Our paintings are customised and made to order and take approximately 18–25 days for delivery. Need your painting sooner? Email us at bareboholiving@gmail.com and we’ll check if an expedited order can be accommodated.

2. Serviceable Areas & Delivery Partners

We deliver across 19,000+ pin codes in India through trusted logistics partners, including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Amazon Shipping.

  • Certain pin codes or remote locations may attract additional shipping charges or may not be serviceable.

  • North-East and Jammu & Kashmir: An additional charge of ₹499 applies, and orders to these regions must be prepaid.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We carefully pack every order before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at bareboholiving@gmail.com.

Please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging along with your order details so our team can assist you promptly.

4. Handmade Product Variations

As many of our products are handcrafted, minor variations in colour, texture, pattern, or finish are natural and reflect the unique character of each piece. Such variations do not qualify as defects. 

5. Important Note

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the product, location, courier partner, weather, operational delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
