Refund policy

At Bare Boho Living, every piece is made with love, crafted carefully, and packed securely to reach you in perfect condition. However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

We offer return or exchange requests within 24 hours of delivery, only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a damaged or defective condition

  • The request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact

📌 Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

Inspection & Approval 
Once your claim is received, our team will inspect the product along with supporting evidence and respond accordingly. Please note that Bare Boho Living reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion, to accept or reject any claim without obligation to provide further justification, and such decision shall be final and binding. 

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered

  • Made-to-order or customized products

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events (unless damaged on arrival)

  • Products returned without original packaging or tags

  • Items showing signs of wear, stains, or misuse

⚠️ Slight variations in color, texture, weave, or finish are natural characteristics of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

Request a Reverse Pickup 
We can arrange a pickup from your delivery address at a nominal charge of ₹350, which covers pickup and handling. 
A payment link for ₹350 will be shared with you. 
Once payment is completed, the reverse pickup will be scheduled. After receiving the item and inspection, your exchange or store credit will be processed. 

Refund & Store Credit 
For prepaid orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection. 
Incase a replacement is unavailable, a store credit of the same value will be provided. 

Please note: Shipping or handling charges are non-refundable. 

❌ Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be raised within 2 hours of placing the order

Requests received after 2 hours will not be entertained

All cancellations are subject to approval at Bare Boho Living’s discretion
